Can someone tell me what his role in Celestia is supposed to be? Its really ben bugging me.

I'm pretty sure he's either for a side quest, or a battle you REALLY son't want to get into, sure he has some good drops though.

He isnt for a side quest. He isnt for a main quest either. He is just a random boss.
