Best pack gear for lvl50 death?

What is the best pack gear for a lvl 50 death? (Highest DMG + CRIT)

Use Bazaar gear instead.
Do Celestia quests or Grizzleheim lvl45+ quests(it give lot of exp) till you hit lvl60.

Then do Waterworks best gear grind for lvl60(You can keep this gear till lvl100).
