I'm a level 70 life wizard and my boost is 37%, I have 81% power pip chance, and my critical chance is 126. Is this different from all the other life wizards?
depending on how you set up your gear you will find many combination so stats. i have a very high crit and block in some areas and lower in others a power pip % similar to yours and a good life in and out. also decent pierceing
My damage boost is 67 %, my power pip chance is 94 %, and my critical rating is about 115.. I also have 29 % universal resist, and about a 75 block rating.

NO. Your stats are affected by your level(health, mana and power pips only), clothing items and pets. Power pips are introduced at level 10 and criticals/critical blocks are introduced at level 10(although your criticals/critical blocks aren't affected by level.
