Maybe the percentages don't stack like that. Maybe it's more of this:
Spell: 85% items: 5%
5% of 85 is 4.25
New accuracy: 89.25 Precision: 10%
10% of 89.25 is 8.925
Total accuracy: 98.175
That would actually make sense.
No, one of the professors confirmed that accuracy is additive. So, 85+5+15=100%
It would be interesting to know if the 99% cap is actually the case. My life wizard has +9% general accuracy from clothing items and I fizzle sometimes on centaur, but I've never fizzled on a wand or blade or other 100% spell.
well maybe they didnt add the accuracy right for that spell judgement(right?) and of course you dont fizzle on those 100% accuracy cards they are made so that they dont fizzle unless you have black mantle(or whatever it is) and/or smoke screen
something like this happened to someone in arena supposedly he did something to his fire dragon that made its accuracy 100% but when he used it it fizzled (i guess i was lucky cause the guy was on the other team)
