Shadow School Closed?

Greetings everyone! I've had trouble entering the shadow school lately, and I can't seem to find out why. Every time I visit the Arcanum and try to enter the shadow school I get no loading screen. I am able to enter every school except the shadow school.
Please help!

I think it's not open yet. Once the new update comes out this November, then you should be able to go in.

You are only able to enter the Shadow School in the current Test Realm. Wait for the update to hit Live.
