Need Help Getting Goat and Ice Horns Easily

Hey guys,

I know there is a wiki post on this saying which bosses drop them, but does anyone know a good, easy boss that I can farm and get one of these in just a few tries?

I got them from Baba Yaga on my first try with my life wizard.

I myself got my ice horns from the guard in the pub i'm pretty sure its the first fight of polaris but i can't remember the name. :D hope this helps!
