which is better for solo pvp life or ice

I am going to make a wizard for solo pvp and need help picking which school do you think is better from level 30 to level 100 life or ice

Depends. I need to know several things before I can recommend anything:
  • Are you going to keep a character at Level 30, or continue questing?
  • At what level will you stop?
  • Do you have access to crowns?
  • Do you already have a mastery amulet?
  • Do you know any Loremaster or pack learned spells, such as Luminous Weaver, or Handsome Fomori?
  • Do you already have Waterworks, Tartarus gear for characters 60 and over?
