Today I went back to do a classic tournament after a few weeks of questing on my other character and I found that the insane wand may cast rate is BACK?? In one of the matches, my opponent had one of the Metalops may cast wands and in that ONE match he wanded me 4 times and it cast 3 times. Each time the maycast hit about 260 damage, that's 780 damage all together (I only have 1215 hp), and adding the fact I was second, I lost. That guy only hit me 3 times with lore and the rest of the job was done by the wand. Not to mention the match was pretty short and he wanded me basically every other round. I also watched some of the other matches in the tournament and I saw very frequent wand casts in them as well.
I thought the cast rate was fixed in one of the updates before, is it back again with mirage update?
