5th PVP-Age, its tickets and vendors

Hallo, Wizards

A few days ago the new PVP era began and now we need blue tickets instead of the red ones

I started a new char and wanted to earn my "Seafarer's-Set" for fishing and gardening as always

Than I saw, that in the regular tournament (not ranked) are no tickets anymore and that the set is gone

So, why are there no tickets anymore and why doesn's sell the vendor "Brandon Mistborn" the old "Seafarer's-Set?"
