4th age PvP? Rumor or Real?

Hey guys I just wanted to know if any of you knew if 4th age PvP is only a rumor or if KI really is going to implement it. Does anyone know APPROXIMATELY when this will take place (if at all)?

Dworgyn said just a few weeks ago that he's heard nothing about a 4th Age so I'd have to say rumor and no time soon.
