I see that tennant Wastelander is there and sells the same pets as the wizard shopping district does, but Lowe springfield is there and i was wondering what he sells? What is he there for? What will he sell in the future?

this is a reference to a popular pop-band from the 80s, called "Pet Shop Boys", the two members of the band was Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe. Also the "West End Girls" in the shop, is a reference for this too, as one of their music-hits was called "West End Boys".
Kingisle probably likes this band, which is a nice thing, because it's nice pop-music, recommended:-)
