I was thinking that you could have like vampire for death, troll pet for myth, sun bird for fire, leprechaun for life, storm snake for storm (obviously), ice beetle for ice, and scorpion for balance. These pets would give you amped up versions of your second spell. For example, for balance you would get venomous scorpion which did from 460-500 damage and left a weakness on all enemies.
