Storm Salamander - No Card

why doesn't the storm salamander have a card, i realy want to use it in battle! any comments?

I was just wondering how on earth do you get a storm salamander. I have seen several people with it but I am a menu chatter and can't ask where they got it. Please help as I am a pet collector and this would help me a lot. Thx
