I've seen so many people with rare, even hybrid pets. Where do you get pets like that? Also, how do you get hybrid pets? I'm a level 22 wizard in Krokotopia and have never got one rare/hybrid pet.

Talk to the NPCs at the Pet Pavilion. They have all the answers you are looking for, with tutorials!!!
You must go to the pet pavilion and play games with it. You must also feed it snacks. Every time it gets to a new level it will gain two talents, one for battle and one for pet derby. You can play games as long as your yellow/green ball has health. This is the same stuff you use for gardening. Good luck, Mackenzie Starstrider
