The second number represents how much of your pet's Pedigree it has already manifested. Is there any way to increase the acquired pedgree, the second number? I have a sea dragon 72/22 is there a way I can increase the second number? Does it make any difference?

Once your pet is at epic and all abilities are maxed out there is no way to increase this number.
I don't think it makes a difference, not that I have been able to tell.
