how to make my cast spell sprite

Guys, could someone tell me what should I do to earn my cast spell sprite for my pet?

Not all pets are capable of this talent. Go to the link below, click on the pet you have and check out the possible talents.

FYI, there is no way to train for spritely; it like all other talents, are totally random.

It isn't totally random... In fact I guess over half my pet talents before I hatch them and what slots they will be in.
