I got a hydra truesure card but how do I get the pet? Is it the level 48 pets?

Yes, the hydra is the Balacne only level 48 pet, but you can get cetain types of Hydra's from Hatches. You can get one with all Red heads, one with Blue heads and one with Purple heads I think. There is a listing of pets that you can get, if you hatch with someone's Hydra, I only have the Red headed hydra.
