I doubt it, because it is not an exclusive pet. If you hatch it with someone else and one of you gets a Fierce Hound, then there is no possibility of a hybrid. Same with any other pet.
However, the talents a Fierce Hound can learn are valuable, and you can breed those talents onto another pet if you so desire.
