You got a Sporty Dragon last month, and you redeemed two cards this month, so yes you received two of the same pet (Bold Dragons). All your cards were purchased at the same retailer, EBGames/GameStop.
Simply select the card and determine what the pet will be for that month, and remember the pet you get depends on when you redeem the card, not when you purchase the card.
