You can obtain an Aqua Dragon by Hatching your pet with someone who already has one.
Starting February, Aqua Dragon will be unavailable from Blockbuster - if you redeem a card from the store from that point on you will get a different dragon instead.
You can also try hatching with someone's Friendly Dragon or Buddy Dragon - those pets can also come with Dragonblade.
