I am in the banana jungle of Puerto Nuovo, and the banana spiders are very nice. An awesome design, as well as having great spells, health, resist, damage, and pierce for a mob. When I saw what the ice-death mix was casting, such as brace and drain spells, I thought it would have made a wonderful monstrology summon minion card to help solo through tougher bosses. I was thinking that there will finally be easily farmable minions with decent combat stats and resist to almost all the schools.
NOPE Pretty disappointed that the banana spider can't be collected with the spider animus spell.
Is the classification of "banana spider" really not covered by the spider animus spell? If so... I think re-visiting the classification of mobs might be a very nice quality of life improvement.
I have not seen the monsterologist anywhere either. Does anyone know if there are any new monstrology spells for Novus?
Has anyone come across any mobs that you are able to obtain animus for?

I'm excited to do monstrology in this world, too! However, the most recent update notes end with saying it'll be a little bit before monstrology rolls out for Novus, so I think we'll have to be patient
