What quest needs done before going to Mooshu?

Recently, I've spotted Meowiarty with Malistaire in Newgate Prison. I keep on thinking that I'll be able to go to Mooshu once I find and defeat him. But I still have a lot of quests to do, four of them are dungeons. So, what quest do I need to complete before going to Mooshu? :D

Mooshu requires the following:

Newgate
Knights
Katz Lab
Both counterweights
Big ben
= Moo to the shu, baby!

If you stick to the storyline and ignore sidequests for now, you'll be to mooshu before you know it! But dont get too excited, after Mooshu, you'll be breaking bones in Dragonspyre.

To get into mooshu you have to do big ben in royal museum

but to do that you must have done both the counterweights everywhere in the station (i think) and everywhere in scotland yard (i think)

i cant really remember but i hope it helps
