Can someone give me an idea of what Monstrology is?
Recently coming back from wizard, I've looked around and found monstrology. Is it a sidequest or a main quest, is there anything significant about it or any rewards it give? I'd appreciate answers as well as more details :)

First introduced to wizards at level 12, Monstrology utilizes a unique spells called Aminus Extraction Spells to create treasure cards of the very same creature you are attempting to capture.
These treasures can be used in battle to summon as minions or to banish said creature. They can also be used to create house guests.
Aminus speaks to the magical essence collected from mobs you have defeated using special extraction spells. These extraction spells (are expensive) are found throughout the spiral from Monstrologist Burke.
