Don't use feints, bring cleanse charm to remove infections if necessary, use single target hits if you're in a group to get around the beguile cheat. Also, look her up so you don't have to wait days for an answer.
17,500 health without feints doesn't seem so bad. Load up on Death Shield tc in your sideboard. Trap her up using school trap, potent school trap, item card school trap, while casting shields intermittently. Heal if necessary, then blade up a few times and kill her with a single, large attack. A pet with many May Cast heals will burn off her Infection charms fairly well.
