Can't find quest for level 118 death spell

I need help! I can not find the quest to get the level 118 death spell . I am now at level 120 and still nothing.

It's not level related, it's quest related.

After you defeat Eerkala and the other 3 bosses (I forgot the name of the dungeon), you will start your quests for the Arcanum apartment and your new spell.

"History of the Cabal" and "Trial of the Understudy" quests.
