Bug?Mother Gulture replay... Cannot re-enter sigil

My friend was having trouble with Mother Gulture. I had defeated this mob already, the sigil is still lit up, but i do not have the option to re-enter to assist my friend and teleporting is not allowed. Is this a bug?
