when proffesor falmea told me it was time to get a nem spell i decided to atart working on the quest right away. It said i needed to go to Chelsea court, BUT IT WONT LET ME GO! I tried to go there and now i am sad because i cant get my new spell. Falmea please tell me why I cant get my next spell please!
You must complete your assignments in Hyde Park before you can enter Chelsea Court, young Wizard. The only other option is to find someone else within that area that you can ask to teleport to.
i did all the side quests i can't find any other quests to do. in order to talk to oakheart. for my lvl up card. i went allthe way back and none of the places will let me talk to the thing you want me to do
