I visited the bazaar this morning and I noticed all the wands for sale showed the same and incorrect school type. When you select the wand, the picture that pops up is correct but sorting is not a possibility with this bug.
I just looked at the bazaar and it doesn't seem that any of the wands on there have a school requirement. If an item does not have a school requirement you will see the "all" or "global" swirl symbol.
