Boss bug in Tomb of the Beguiler

My friend and I ran into a problem twice in Tomb of the Beguiler. Namely first when the spider's companion was dead, he revived with 1hp. Then, when we got to Ngozi, we defeated him and his companions, only to have him appear again at full health.
