Parental Control Improvement

A few ideas to consider for Parental Controls:

1) Ability to see log of time spent by account and Wizard

2) Ability to monitor activity from inside the game, such as where they are and possibly monitor conversations in real time

3) Ability to lock out access to the game, either for a time or until unlocked, by either account or Wizard
