I think a moon a mastery amulet is badly needed for shift moon spells at level 98 for players who want to explore within this realm., or change the way moon shift spells work with pips. Apparently not having a mastery of these spells is doing the same thing what the old mana burn spell did and that's take more pips than it should. These spells specifically cost 3 pips but can take as much as 5 pips, if u used them in on first round as a max player.
