How to get spellments? help needed

Hi, this is wolf hawkwhielder, a new player, and I wanted to know how we get spellments. I think I just don't get it. So please help.

To my knowledge, spellements will drop from skeleton key bosses, packs, and bosses in the Wizard City catacombs.
