I've sent 3 tickets to support since the 2nd of October and I haven't gotten a response, i haven't even gotten that automatic email that should've been sent. I just really need help with my problem so if an administrator can reply to this and help me out, i'd be grateful. I'm actually pretty desperate

Hi Brianna! If you haven't even received the automated ticket response, please try contacting us through another email domain, such as gmail instead of yahoo. Some service providers may not fully send the emails through.
