Serpentine Magic Carpet

When trying to buy the serpentine magic carpet in Istanboa, Mirage, the game keeps saying "transaction not successful". I have the badge for the purchase so why doesn't it work?

Usually that message is the result of a purchase attempt for an item that belongs to another school.

If the item cannot be used in some way, it may show that message.

I tested this with my character and I was able to purchase the carpet.

Please contact Customer Service. Hopefully, they can figure out why it's not working for your character.
