Hi, I am Life Wizard and you are supposed to get a quest to get the spell Rebirth by Moolinda Woo at level 48 i am guessing, now I am level 49 but i did not get the spell quest yet. I remember Professor Balestorm calling but I could not go at that time. And I don't know what to do now so I am request your help.
The level requirement for Rebirth spell was changed in last update. Now, you get Forest Lord spell at 48, and Rebirth at 58. The quest line for level 48 life spell should be:
Act Naturally / Norwegian Wood / A Taste of Honey
so check if you have any of those quests in your quest log. If not, check Professor Moolinda Woo to see if any of those quests are available. Also you should check if you have the Dryad spell learned, since it is a prequest, and do any spell quests that you haven't done. If nothing works, contact the KI.
