I am questing in Empyrea and got to the part where you need to hit the bat with shadow spells. However battle gains shadow pips naturally and you cant give him any thus i cant progress. You don't earn shadow pips fast enough to beat this fight. Its so frustrating to encounter a bug that prevents you to progress so close to the end of the game.
I've seen around that some others have had that issue, and they say that by hitting Bat 5 times will end the battle, though I am not certain if thats true.
