Why does it take support 2 days or more to respond to emails I sent a email 3 or 4 days ago they replied yesterday I mailed them back was hoping for a response today I originally acquired about just one missing mount but discovered after looking thru my email that I had also purchased a bundle a few years back and that mount was missing as well so now I am missing 2 mounts from my account possibly crowns too because I remember having those but I’m not to worried about that I just want the mounts but now I am out of 2 mounts that wasn’t cheap & having to wait so long is very frustrating.
