While I understand your frustration with these bosses, I don't think this is something they'd want to do. Reason being that these bosses are purely side content and will in no way affect your main quests progression in the future. Thus, they are shifting the tougher content away from the main quests, so even casual players can get past them and transferring the difficulty to side content.
Best thing to do is look around for some players and communicate with them. If you come up with a strategy together you will surely find it easier. Wish you the best of luck.
I highly recommend looking for guides online and finding a good team. Make sure you also set up a good deck beforehand. The Catacombs is supposed to be the hardest content in the game. Don't lose hope on beating the bosses. They're really difficult but really rewarding!
