I see where it tells that a subscription end but I cannot find where it tells at what price it is going to renew. I know at least one of them is going to renew at 79.95 and I would like to get it changed to 59.95 when they are on sale again at that amount

Go to Wizard101.com and log in. Click 'My Accounts'. Log in the master password if you have one. Go to the large tab labelled 'Manage' at the top. Click on 'Change Membership'. This will tell you when it renews, the price and deal you currently have.
