idk if this is gonna get traction or not but im very unclear on this whole thing but is block supposed to be effecting outgoing heals? i understand entirely that its supposed to be helping against critical damage but why is it effecting heals? it makes no sense that it even is my heals are about 400 health lower and i havent really changed anything other than my lifes robe im using the uber one because it has more outgoing as well as ubers boots but it just feels like this has to be a bug...
