I cannot recive the next quest in the lost pages

Hey-
I'm a level 47 and my quests suck because I entered celestia at level 46 so ITS HARD.
But when i go to the guy in kroktopia i cannot see the quest for the lost pages. what's wrong?
Please repond soon, I need an answer very soon

That quest is optional and only activated certain times. It is not available at this time so you have to wait for it to be activated to continue with it.

Lost Pages is a temporary quest, and one KI hasn't featured in a couple of months now.
All you can do is wait to see when, and if, they bring it back.

The entire quest sequence is on "hiatus" and returns every now and then. wait for it to return, then you can proceed.
