To gain access to the Keeper of the Fang, you have to defeat three other bosses. They are separately located in three different rooms, which you can locate on your map. After overcoming a boss, you will see a multitude of symbols on the wall opposite the entrance in the boss room, which will provide the information needed to successfully configure the objects there.
