Astral School

There has been a lot of talk on the forms about the new world celestia having a new school, a lot of you also think it is going to be astral

If celestia does have a school and it is astral, where would it fit in with the storyline and what cards would it have?

Also what monsters would it have?

Remember that astral has to do with space and things.
