see the halloween robe and boots and hat are known as look items meaning ya must stitch stats to them
the wands are not very good and are like the death wand that does 45 death damage the wands should be stitched if its for a high level
The Hallowe'en Crowns items don't do much, but if you're willing to spend Crowns, you can buy some of the Hallowe'en stuff you like and stitch it to some good gear.
