after reaching level 35 as an ice wizard, i was told to talk to the bear in olde town for a new spell. when i talk to him, he lets me know i can go to his world at level 20. anyone know where this quest begins for the new spell? thanks so much!!
You have to do the Grizzleheim Quests up to Mirkholm Keep, then you can talk to a bear in Grizzleheim (near the main fortress), and he will give you the quest for the level 35 spell. But if you have not completed Grizzleheim up to Mirkholm, he won't give it to you because that is where the boss battle is for the spell.
