I was running Knight's Court earlier this evening with a friend when we hit the David Beeman "collect my crates" quest. Neither of us could collect crates. None were active either by touching, or by the 'X' select (which did not even pop up). I tried a number of simple fixes (shut down, reboot, cache clear, etc), with no luck. Sent a bug report in, but I'm wondering if anyone else is having this trouble. Thankfully it's not essential to moving forward in the game, but it is kind of annoying.
yes most problems can be resolved via switching realms. too bad i found that out the hard way... i was trying to get to youkai in tree of life so i could get some better clothes and hopefully a minotaur pet but the dungeon wouldnt reset itself after everyone had left. i found out that a different realm had reset the dungeon already so thats what i did for a few hours. and guess what XD still no minotaur pet! paul fireward, master pyromancer
