Talk to Gamma.
Gamma:Malistaire is stealing electricity to explode Wizard City.
Gamma:Go talk to Prof. Balestrom!
Talk to Halston Balestrom.
Balestrom:You tell Balestrom that Malistaire is stealing electricity from the lights to explode The Spiral.
Balestrom:OH MY! This is bad! Real bad!
Balestrom:To get the electricity back, we need a Electrical Sucker.
Balestrom:Go to the Storm Tower across the street and defeat the Kraken. Then take Electrical Sucker and place it on the pond in The Oasis.
Defeat Unwanted Kraken.
