King's Cowl Drop? Where?

Does anyone know who/what to farm to get the King's Cowl on a drop? I have looked at every fan site and can not find any information on this hat specifically. Thanks!

Not quite sure that I've heard of this item. What does the king's cowl do? Does it give an item?

It's nothing real special, as for stats. I don't want it for the stats, but for the look of it. But it is a Storm school only, level 20, hat with a Storm icon on the top of the hat. It is available at the Bazaar, so you can look at it there. But I really would like to try for it on a drop, so any information anyone would have on who/what, and where it drops from would be appreciated.

Sorry, meant to say it is a Death school only hat.

I got so many wizards I am trying to do things with I confuse myself sometimes!

I went and farmed him a bit and YES, I did get it on a drop! YAY! Thanks again so much!!

p.s. I also got the yellow ghost pet there too!...nice bonus :D
