The current Beckett magazine has a promotional item called the Blue Raptor, a myth sword usable at any level. Gives three 0-pip 90 dam myth attacks.
The big but here is it doesn't give the free power pip that earned swords do. It is better at level 30 to get one of the staves that gives a free regular pip plus 75+ damage and more uses.
