Where do I go to get a Storyline quest?

I really want to get to Mooshu, but I can't find any quests that will help me get there. Where do I go and who do I have to talk to? I don't want to be stuck on the level only doing side quests. If you have anything PLEASE! I am starting to get desperate....

Go to the 'quest tree' and see what you've missed. It's really not that difficult to stay on track.
